Our group takes our name from our first protest rally – Hands Off Kenosha – April 5, 2025. The people at that protest wanted a date for the next protest rally, so we looked at our calendars, set a date – May 3, 2025, and realized we needed lots of ways to connect with the growing movement we had started! So we now have a website (you are here), a Facebook group (Hands Off Kenosha -answer a few questions to show you aren’t a bot and admins will let you in), an weekly email list (email – handsoffkenosha@gmail.com to be added)
Every month we have Organize Our Organizing meetings that are open to anyone who wants to help plan our upcoming actions. We started with protests but have expanded to include community building and mutual aid projects. So if protests aren’t your thing we have other ways for you to plug into this work.
Our next protest will be Saturday November 22, 2025 – details are TBD – details will be available on this website, Facebook, our weekly emails, and the Mobilize.
